Key Responsibilities - Technical Sales Representative

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling daily inquiries regarding product availability, delivery times, pricing, and complaints.
• Support the Sales Team Lead and Technical Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Proactively engage with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and turning them into profitable business opportunities.
• Prepare, follow up on, and manage quotations to close deals and secure new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and help customers communicate the value of our solutions.
• Assist in qualifying leads from first contact through closing.
• Contribute to the standardisation and improvement of internal sales processes.

What You Bring

• Completed MEAO/HEAO education or an equivalent German/European qualification.
• Strong command of German, and English.
• Affinity with business, sales, and supporting clients with product launches.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
