Shipping Policy – Pharmabinoid B.V.

Shipping rules, courier responsibilities, export documentation, and delivery conditions.

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and governs the dispatch, transport, and delivery of goods ordered from Pharmabinoid B.V.

EXW Uden

Shipments are handled from Pharmabinoid’s dispatch location in the Netherlands.

Courier options

Orders can use Pharmabinoid-arranged shipping or buyer-arranged courier collection.

Export readiness

Documentation, labelling, and customs responsibility must be checked before dispatch.

1. Shipping Terms

1.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are made Ex Works (EXW) Uden, Netherlands in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

1.2 Risk of loss, damage, and delay transfers to the Buyer upon release of goods to the carrier at our facility.

2. Courier Selection & Labelling

2.1 We offer two shipping options:

  • Pharmabinoid-arranged shipping: We select the courier, book shipment, and provide tracking.
  • Buyer-arranged shipping: You may supply your own courier label or schedule pickup.

2.2 If you choose to provide a courier label, it must be:

  • Valid for international use
  • Addressed correctly from our dispatch location
  • Provided no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup

2.3 We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-performance by third-party carriers you select or instruct.

3. Customs, Import, and Regulatory Clearance

3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are legally importable and comply with local regulatory requirements at destination.

3.2 All duties, tariffs, taxes, and clearance fees are your sole responsibility.

3.3 We do not offer refund or return for goods delayed, refused, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities. See Return Policy, Section 4 (Abandonment Procedure).

4. Delivery Failures

4.1 If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or held by the carrier due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details supplied by you:

  • You remain liable for the full cost of goods and shipping.
  • If the goods are returned to us, we may offer to reship at your expense, subject to inspection and restocking eligibility.
  • Custom Goods will not be restocked or refunded under any circumstance.

5. Damage in Transit

5.1 You must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

5.2 Any transport-related damage must be:

  • Reported to the carrier upon delivery
  • Photographed and documented
  • Reported to us within 3 calendar days

5.3 Failure to notify us or the carrier promptly may invalidate any claim.

6. Tracking and Notifications

6.1 When we arrange shipping, tracking information will be sent to your email address on file.

6.2 We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from incorrect or outdated contact details provided by you.
